Warming the body and tea warming effect

It started raining in Fujisawa in the afternoon, and I think it's 1-2 degrees warmer than in Tokyo, but the customers who came to the meeting from Tokyo were bowing their heads.

An acquaintance in Shizuoka told me that there was an article about me in the evening edition of the Shizuoka Shimbun yesterday, so he sent me the magazine.

Come to think of it, I was interviewed by Jiji Press.

It's just the perfect tea for a cold day like today.

Ingredients are 1/2 of a mandarin orange, 140ml of hot black tea (candy), 1-2 teaspoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.

Squeeze the tangerine into a glass. Add honey and a teaspoon of grated ginger.

Pour hot tea over the top.

It is also a good way to make Indian-style chai by putting cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, etc. in a hand pan, adding black tea, simmering, and milk.

Sweeten it and drink it, it will warm you from the core of your body.
