dimbra iced tea
This is for the heat wave!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today is Dimbra's regular holiday. Yesterday was also very hot and humid.
A customer who came yesterday said, "Delicious, beautiful,
It's refreshing..." he complimented me.
This is the "how to make two times" that I've been making since Dimbura opened!
Let me show you how to make it with some pictures.
Pour the candy tea into the ice for 15-20 minutes and let it cool and steam. (1L for 8.9g of black tea)
strain through a tea strainer
Pouring all at once Pouring over the ice into a storage container
When you drink the finished iced tea, add ice to the glass, cover it, and store it at room temperature.
Can be stored for about 10 hours~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The steamed black tea is first taken in a separate container and then poured into the ice at once, so it is called “twice take” because it is taken in two batches.
If it is troublesome, put 450g of ice in the strained black tea (hot tea)
Put it in (enough to fill both hands) and dissolve it while stirring.
1L of hot water will make about 1300cc. . . .
Drink plenty of iced tea to prevent heatstroke.
