It's been raining cold since this morning.
I made a tea pig that I liked since I was a child.
Until now, I've boiled it only with black tea, but I tried boiling it with the spices sold at the tea specialty shop Dimbura.
I tried thinly slicing the lump meat and adding plenty of white-haired green onions. Maybe too many (^◇^;)
A nostalgic tea towel. As many of you may know, I used a tea towel that I have been familiar with since I was a child (⌒▽⌒)
Black tea pork is sweet and delicious because black tea removes the smell of meat!
At home, we serve it with mustard soy sauce.
It's easy but delicious, so why not try making it?
