UVA for the 2022 quality season

A fruity scent like an apple like a flower spreads softly.
The water color is deep red.

It has a sweet taste at first, but the deep and pleasant astringency that remains is UVA like never before.
The first cup is the best even if you add milk from the second cup of black tea.

It has a soft leafy scent. The water color is greenish red.

[UVA Uva]

The Uva region is located in the southeastern part of Sri Lanka, in the high-grown zone between 1,400 and 1,700 meters above sea level. From July to August, the southwest monsoon that crosses the Indian Ocean blows in Uva, and fog occurs as a result, but this season is called the quality season. Cool, dry winds blowing over the mountains dispel the fog, and direct sunlight dries the tea leaves at once. This creates a refreshing and fruity aroma unique to Uva and a strong, pungent astringency. The quality season is the dry season with little rainfall, so the harvest of fresh leaves is drastically reduced, and it is traded at a high price as the world's finest black tea.
In 1891, Thomas Lipton won the world's highest price for this Uva black tea, and it became a famous tea that became the world's third famous tea.
