This time, we have published "Tea Blend" from MC Press Co., Ltd.
This book considers black tea as an ingredient, and has developed and announced new methods and recipes for using it in a wide range of beverages.
In order to further enhance the benefits of black tea, we have added secondary ingredients that enhance its functionality.
It goes without saying that tea tastes good, but we also focus on aromas that black tea does not have, and we also create functional improvements through aromas.
I will make "the only tea in the world" for my own cafe, home, and myself. Entering an area that has hitherto been the sanctuary of tea connoisseurs and blenders. I hope that by the time you read this book, you will be a blender and enjoy making advanced teas.
