“Tea and Food Research Course” W-class August 7th (Tuesday) New course now accepting applications! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Since the 2012 Tea Class "Beginner Course" ended in June, we will start a new "Tea and Food Research Department W-Class". The “Tea Food Research Course” is a one-year course (12 classes) held once a month. We are recruiting for those who have completed the beginner level in the "Tea Class Beginner Course", correspondence education, and other basic tea classes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Practical relationship between tea and food, including product development, marketing, and presentation methods of tea I'm going to learn. . . . We will also include the themes necessary to talk about tea, such as the historical background of tea and the situation of the production area. Tea classes, café openings, tea sales, and ways to discover and develop tea's role in the food and beverage industry will be explored.
