Tea class in February

If you realize it's February, it's only 5 days left.

I heard the cherry blossom flowering information in the plum news.

Spring is almost here, isn't it?

There are currently two classes of tea classes taught by Isobuchi himself.

Last week was the second time in N class.

We learned about Sri Lankan black tea from its history to the characteristics of the production area, including tasting.

Many of the members of this N class have taken the beginner's class that started last fall, and everyone is very friendly.

This Tuesday is the 6th time of the M class.

After half a year since it started last summer, it seems that students are actively interacting and exchanging information.

Today we learned about spices.

The other day, Isobuchi brought back fresh cinnamon from Sri Lanka, so we were able to get a feel for its aroma.

The next class will be abeginner class starting in May.

I am also looking forward to what kind of encounters are waiting for tea as a point of contact.
