Over the last few years, Uva's quality season has disappointed the tea community with poorly timed monsoons. And this year was that year in particular.
There was no wind in late August, and Uva was rainy until mid-September.
So, in September, I had a meeting with the factory manager, and the Uva this time was made with skill.
Tea is "Wind, Fog and Sun" and the fresh leaves are flavored.
However, the tea-making technology changes the flavor completely.
