He was just in the Uva district and was about to return to Colombo.
This is what I heard at the factory yesterday.
Tea pickers drink about 3 liters of black tea a day.
This is the tea provided by the factory, and it is said that it is the amount to drink between tea picking. At that time, they drink while licking sugar and candy.
I was told not to put it in the tea. They seem to think it's healthier to separate them.
They walk an average of 7 to 8 kilometers to the tea picking site, which is very good exercise.
The tea picker said he was very healthy. Tea, exercise, and fresh air, this must be the secret.
I will import the tea picked at the beginning of the year.
