It was the 3rd time of the tea class/beginner's course. We verified how to make and produce tea variations, basic compatibility between fresh fruits and black tea, hot tea iced tea, and how to combine them. We will actually make both hot and iced tea and check the taste and aroma of each. . . The natural flavor of black tea goes very well with any fruit and does not feel out of place. I had fun imagining what kind of hood it would go well with. Next time, it's finally time for the party setting, the compatibility and production of tea and food.
