On Tuesday the 20th, there was a lecture for the S class of the Tea and Food Department. The theme was "Cultural History of Black Tea - From China to Europe to Japan". The Graduate School of Tea and Food is mainly intended for those who have completed the Tea Class for Beginners and the Correspondence Course "Tea Coordinator". The beginner's class led by Isobuchi will finally start on Tuesday, May 25th. I also participated in the beginner's class and graduate school, and I was able to obtain various information and stimuli not only from Isobuchi's lectures, but also from the participating students and auditors.
We actually do tasting

A
lively tea party at the end of the beginner's class . The students I take private lessons with are of different ages and jobs, but they are all "beginners." Classes are difficult, but I feel that a sense of solidarity is being created to work together. Even if there are various specific goals in each environment, I think it is a wonderful experience to learn while receiving stimulation under common themes such as tea, foreign languages, and art. By all means, why don't you spread the circle of tea in the beginner's class from May?
