May 25th (Tue) ~ start! Today was the lecture day for the S class of the Tea and Food Department. The theme is "Research on Milk and Milk Tea Variations". In addition to lectures on the theme, the two hours were full of information related to tea, such as the recent tea situation, questions from students, and the activities of the audience (graduates).
As a general rule, students who have completed the beginner's class of tea classes are eligible to take this course. The beginners class will start on Tuesday, May 25th! I also started taking lessons in spring, but I feel once again the importance of holding down the basics firmly. In the beginner's class, Isobuchi will teach you basic knowledge about the history and culture of black tea, how to make black tea, and how to set up a tea party, through lectures and practical skills.
