Yesterday was Tuesday, and there was a seminar of the tea food research department. The theme is product development that enhances the functionality of black tea.

The first is "Spice".

In the midst of the pleasant aroma of black tea and spices, I shot 10 pages of the September issue of "Shokusai Roman", "The Fragrance of Black Tea".

Adds spices, herbs, fruits, and other fragrances not found in black tea to the original aroma of black tea to enhance its functionality.

The problem is that the scent cannot be photographed, so this is where it gets tricky.
