春の味と香り・・・緑茶

The taste and aroma of spring: green tea

Hand-rolled green tea・New spring tea~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This morning, from Shizuoka's "Oguri Farm", I received spring fresh tea made by hand on March 18th. A small amount is hand-rolled by a master tea maker. If you eat it as it is, there is almost no astringency, just like green tea sweets. It smells like fresh green leaves, and it feels like you're lying on a bed of young grass. I enjoyed brewing it carefully with hot water at a low temperature. . . . It has an endlessly gentle sweetness, a thick consistency, and is extremely smooth. Although it is the same tea leaf, it is very different from black tea. Just as the British once believed that there were two kinds of tea plants, black tea and green tea, tea production makes them different. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now in Sri Lanka, Mr. Ranjit is preparing for shipment at the beginning of next month. We are doing our best to deliver freshly made tea (black tea) to everyone as soon as possible. . I'm also looking forward to Japanese fresh tea! Stay tuned for Sri Lanka's fresh tea too!
