The new tea samples from the tea garden that Ranjit-san collected have arrived and I tasted them earlier this week. There are 6 types: Dimbula, Ruhuna, Nuwara Eliya, Uva, Candy, and James Taylor's Tea. When appraising, I always compare it with the previous black tea, but even if the freshness is different by 3 or 4 months, the new tea has a better fragrance and sharpness. Every time, every appraisal, I feel the fresh taste. According to the schedule, shipping will be in mid-October and arrival in Japan will be in early November. . . . From now on, Mr. Ranjit will be busy too!
