Tosa's "Okyaku": A Tasty Story of Sake and Black Tea

March 7 (Saturday) Lecture at Kochi Makino Botanical Garden "A Tasty Story of Sake and Black Tea" 13:30-15:00

Do you know "Okyaku" in Tosa?

" Okyaku" means festival.

From February 28th to March 8th, a festival of food, sake, music, dance and Yosakoi will be held in Kochi Prefecture.

I gave a lecture at Makino Botanical Garden on March 7th (Sat) from 13:30 to 15:00 on the theme of "A Tasty Story of Sake and Black Tea" . We will enjoy making sake cocktails together. .

Liquor and black tea are often enjoyed with Irish tea in Ireland, Lucian tea in Russia, Sherpa tea and tea punch in India, and brandy in England. . .

From such a story of culture and history, I would like to talk about how to use and enjoy tea as it evolves.

Shikoku is my hometown.

I am looking forward to meeting you all. . .
