tea time today

I have a best friend who was with me from kindergarten to high school. Now living in Osaka, she aims to become a baker.
We are committed to natural yeast and domestic ingredients, and we practice every day.

He comes up with various ideas and makes prototypes and sends them to us.
A lot of baked sweets arrived yesterday too.



So, for today's tea time, I had Kenyan CTC, which is easy to drink, with black tea and various flavors of cookies and scones.

Brown sugar sesame ginger, miso peanuts, hojicha soy milk, potato seaweed... Until the cookie that shrimp was kneaded before. I grew up in the same countryside. The idea is Japanese style.

Japanese things and black tea go really well together. The texture is chewy, and the more you chew, the more the taste of the ingredients comes out, and you can feel the deliciousness.

I cannot afford to lose either. I thought that I had to do my best to provide something that would satisfy our customers.
