"Grapefruit Spice Tea Cocktail"
We are in the second half of August. Isn't it a bit of summer fatigue? We have released a menu with tea and spices recommended for summer fatigue in "Living Shonan" distributed yesterday!
"Grapefruit & Ginger Separate Tea"
Black tea is a highly medicinal drink that helps regulate the intestines, creates appetite, and contains a lot of catechins. In addition, we have added vitamin C, which is indispensable in summer, from grapefruit, and added grated ginger to create a highly functional cocktail. . . Above all, it is delicious!
1/4 grapefruit, (30ml/squeeze) Syrup 20ml Grated ginger 1/2 tablespoon Gogo no Kocha Straight tea 120ml Ice... 7 minutes in a glass

Place the grapefruit, syrup and grated ginger in a glass and stir. Add ice and slowly pour tea over the top. Separate tea (2 layers) can be made as shown in the picture. . Stir when drinking. Pour 30^40ml of red wine on top to make 3 layers. . .
I highly recommend this...for adults.
