Curry and tea pairing ・LUNCH TIME
The temperature in Fujisawa today is low, 18-19 degrees. I went to work wearing a long-sleeved shirt.
Perhaps because of this, most of the customers had a hot curry soup lunch at Dimbra during lunchtime in the light rain.
My room in the back has a good smell of curry.
Curry soup, of course, uses a secret spice mix, and vegetables and chicken are prepared separately.
In particular, the chicken is boiled in black tea for a few minutes , then grilled with olive oil and special spices, and then put piping hot in the topping curry soup.
Mr. Ranjit from Sri Lanka raved about it, saying, " This is really delicious!"
Well, it's finally time for the Sri Lanka tour from next Saturday.
This first photo is lunch at a hotel restaurant in the Uva area. . . . . . . . . . .
It seems that Sri Lanka and Colombo have a lot of rain these days.
Will it be sunny in Sri Lanka at the same time as the rainy season in Japan is over?
The rainy season is already good, isn't it?
