Christmas tea blend completed This year's theme is kindness and sweetness

The recipe for this year's Christmas blended tea has been completed .

Last month I visited a Sri Lankan cinnamon village, devoted to the vast amount of Ceylon cinnamon that has been in Europe for over 500 years, via Portugal, Holland and England.

It's not just cinnamon, it's based on freshly made cinnamon and contains a mysterious spice that further enhances the sweetness and aroma .

Of course, rosehip and body-friendly green mulberry were added to enhance functionality. Dimbra James Taylor's tea. . . . .

You can use black or milk, but black is recommended because it has a gentle taste.

"It's delicious, sweet, and makes me feel kind."
