I have previously introduced that Isobuchi has appeared on the website as a water advisor for Kirin Alkali Ion since August of last year.
Today is the shooting day.
This time, depending on the grade of tea leaves (OP, BOP, BOPF, CTC), we examined the taste, aroma, and water color when extracted with cold brew with alkaline ionized water.
It takes about 5 minutes to extract like the picture above.
In particular, OP and BOP had a mellow and sweet taste.
