Yunnan cuisine that was surprisingly delicious! !
I like Chinese food, so I sometimes go to my favorite restaurants where I can go by bicycle, but this was my first time trying Yunnan cuisine.
Everyone who went to Isobuchi and others said that the food in Yunnan was delicious, so I was excited to see what it would be like, but I was surprised at how delicious it was! !
When I visited the Sunday market, it was full of colorful vegetables, fresh fish, and meat.
One after another, food was brought to the rotating table, and the amount was so large that I couldn't eat it all.
Everyone was wide-eyed at their boldness.
Although it uses a lot of oil, it cuts well, and the use of spices was exquisite.
Taking a hint from this, I'm trying to figure out what to eat for Sunday tea time on April 20th .
