This morning we made sandwiches together for our guests.
Combine cream cheese and Stilton blue cheese,
Add butter, herb salt, lemon peel and liqueur,
I made a salmon sandwich. . . .
Waffle is "pumpkin banana waffle".
The tea was "Sunday Autumnal Blend" and was made in front of everyone.

Uva black tea blended with lavender, lemongrass and cardamom.
