I'm going to talk about curry that I talked about in yesterday's blog!

The curry wasn't too juicy, and the umami of the ingredients was well balanced with the spiciness of the spices.

I myself don't like spicy food, so I ate chickpea curry almost every time with coconut milk, which is less entangled (laughs).

This crispy taste is indescribable, and the taste and texture of the rice and this crispy alone will make you want to eat more.
