I will introduce Sri Lankan food that I met on my trip to Sri Lanka this time!

It's a food called Hopper!
You can eat it with furikake or curry that contains chili peppers or spices, or eat it for breakfast with egg hoppers that look like fried eggs with wings and salt and pepper!
Hoppers are usually eaten for breakfast and dinner!
The texture was crispy on the outside and chewy in the center (*´∇｀*)
I liked the hopper so much that I even bought a frying pan to make the hopper at the supermarket (laughs).

I bought a hopper frying pan because it goes well with spicy food locally, so I think I'll try making a hopper that suits Japanese tastes (〃^▽^〃)
