It is the land where James Stella spent most of his life, and the local KANDY that his father imported when he opened Dimbura, a tea specialty store in Kamakura (41 years ago).
Even the same candy can have different tastes and aromas depending on the tea plantation, the weather, and various conditions. I feel that tea is very deep and interesting.
I feel very fortunate that I was able to obtain a small amount this time. This Kandy is a very smoky and sweet Ceylon tea. So I named it "Smoky Candy" (〃^▽^〃)
