Today I'm going to talk about Dimbura 2022 quality season.
Dimbula's quality season is said to be around January or February. That's why I was so excited to buy delicious Dimbra (laughs).
I had a sample sent to me from January and I was tasting it, but it was not a quality taste, so when I checked with Sri Lanka, they said that the price had not risen and the quality was not so far. It's raining again. Even if it's sunny, it's about 3 days...(/ _ ; )
I felt uncomfortable and restless, so I decided to do everything I could. Over the past few days, I have been emailing and calling several people in Sri Lanka. (was a little persistent)
Then I was told that the quality season is coming from today.
The factory manager of the Dimbula tea plantation also said, "It's about to start. Preparations will be made in Sri Lanka. Please wait."
I was a little nervous, but I feel a little better today.
I'm planning to have the tea samples sent to me again from now on and have them tasted before purchasing.
Therefore, it may arrive in Japan a little later than usual. No, I'm sure it will be late.
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with black tea, because even though it's the same Dimbula, the taste and aroma differ depending on where the factory and the field are located.
After that, I just pray that the weather in Sri Lanka and the factory manager will make delicious things.
