Graduate School of Tea and Food Studies・W-class start
"Tea Foods Graduate School W-Class"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2012 is the start of the W-class of the Graduate School of Tea and Food Studies.
It is a 12-time course until next July.
This time, there are many people in the class who actually work in beverage companies, bakeries, tea shops, and people who need a very practical approach to tea.
From the first time, communication is active, and we quickly become friends.
Today was about the history, culture, production areas and characteristics of Chinese tea.
Just yesterday, from Kyushu, ``Gentai Tea Industry'' (introduced in the world's tea, Asahi Shinsho)
Chinese black tea was sent to me, so I tasted it based on that.
I'm looking forward to the W class over the next year!
