Today was the last day of food pairing for the X-class of the Tea and Food Research School. Check compatibility with various foods such as cheese, salmon, fish, and inari sushi. Fresh limes arrived from a friend in Shikoku this morning. I just used a lot of it for the food arrangement in the classroom, and it smelled very good. It's also good for students. . . .
