Today marks the end of the one-year W-Class at the Graduate School of Tea and Food Studies. This is the final research presentation. At first, I never thought I would be a seminar, but I will grow up to be a wonderful seminar lecturer on black tea. A year is a long time, but once a month, you will accumulate the things you have researched, experimented, and experienced, and you will be able to convey them. Tea, food, lifestyle, and culture, you will understand that it is only when they come together that it will lead to tea that people will enjoy. . .
