It was the second time of the tea class beginner course.
It's the relationship between milk and tea.
Tea with milk (UK) and chai from India were compared by comparing pasteurized milk and UHT.
By the second time, everyone will get used to it and smile more.
Especially this time it was a theme while eating cream tea (scones and tea with milk), so it seems that it was fun.
Tea tasting is serious, but it's difficult to express the appraisal...
For the 3rd time, I will make a lot of iced tea variations and hot tea.
