Today's tea class is the M class of the Tea and Food Research Department .
This class started in August last year.
Classes are held once a month over the course of a year, so this class is the 10th.
I'm almost done (sorry ).
Today is tea and food pairing practice.
First try several types of food, think of the various types of tea that you have studied so far, and think about which one will make the food more delicious. The tea that everyone raised is various... I will select some of them and actually drink them to verify.
Today's menu is cheese (3 types), fried white fish, and inari sushi.
Inari sushi? I think there are some people who think, but Please try it.
There are so many possibilities for tea.
By the way, the most popular items in this experiment were blue cheese and Uva milk tea with cardamom.
I think that the cardamom scent combined with the unique scent of blue cheese, creating a synergistic effect.
Also, the fried fish and mint tea were perfect for fried food with the refreshing scent of mint.
Why don't you all give it a try♪ The next course will start in August .
We are currently recruiting students. Please see the brochure for details.
