It was the last day of the tea class and beginner course. How to hold a party, how to enjoy it, how to make food, pairing with tea. Christmas themed. Cucumber, salmon, grilled pork, cheese and roast beef sandwiches. Fruit sandwiches are strawberry, banana, apple and kiwi. Freshly baked scones are otherwise warm. The final day is the most exciting.
