Tea Class 2010 Spring <<Beginner Class>> Starts May 25th! It's been a long time since the morning, isn't it? The cold days are still continuing, but I have a feeling that it will get warmer soon. It's the season for graduation ceremonies in town, and when I see female college students wearing hakama and students holding flowers, it reminds me of my school days long ago. From May 25th (Tuesday), the tea class [Beginner class] will be held. This class is designed to give you basic knowledge about tea. Please refer to this pamphlet for details♪ Isobuchi will give a lecture on the history and types of black tea, including how to make black tea (hot tea, iced tea, arranged tea, etc.), how to hold a tea party, tips, and recipes. All 4 courses are full of content every time (sometimes it goes over time...)! On the last day, most of the people say, "It was so fast."
