Tea class "Tea food research course" January 23rd! !
The Tea and Food Research School (N class), where Isobuchi serves as a lecturer, will start on the 23rd of this month.
The Tea and Food Research Course is a course of 12 classes (one year) once a month.
We have received applications from people who feel the appeal and depth of black tea and want to study more in the beginner's class that we started last fall.
The teaching materials of the Tea and Food Research Department are for professionals (very convenient!), such as a tasting cup used when appraising tea and a spice smasher used when crushing spices. 
The target audience is those who have taken the beginner's class and those who have taken the Tea Coordinator Course of Japan Creative Education, but if you are interested, please contact us once.
