Tomorrow, tea scent seminar
Tea classes, seminars and lectures have started again this year.
Classes have already started on the 8th, but tomorrow we will hold a seminar on the "fragrance of black tea" as part of lifelong learning in Fujisawa City.
So I'm going to have a mini seminar on my blog for everyone. . . .
Uva, Keemun, and Darjeeling are said to be the three major teas, but when we analyze their aromas, we find that Uva black tea has the scent of cinnamon flowers and mitsuba, while Keemun has the scent of roses, cincho flowers, and mitsuba, especially roses. It contains a lot of fragrance.
Well, Darjeeling is often said to have a muscat-like scent, but it contains a well-balanced and equal amount of rose, cinnamon flower, and mitsuba.
If you smell all three at the same time, it will smell like Muscat.
Just at Dimbula, super-class Keeman and autumn-picked Darjeeling Autumnal have arrived at the end of the day and are on sale.
Even in the store, customers can't help but think.
"Wow, it smells good!" Please enjoy the fragrance of tea.
