Bamboo shoot rice & Tailor's tea 
Yesterday (May 2nd) was the 121st anniversary of James Taylor's death! Just then, the fresh tea of early summer arrived and I remembered it while drinking it. I wonder what kind of food Tailor ate in his bungalow. . As for the alcohol, there was palm wine arrack,,,. Come to think of it, it's only been 150 years since he started making tea. The evolution of tea in such a short time is amazing! ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ And yesterday, the manager gave me bamboo shoots from my parent s ' house. 
I still have the skin on. The manager was boiling this with a familiar hand. Today I'm having bamboo shoot rice while thinking about the tailor.
