Fujian tea travelogue...No. 2

In China, the Ching Ming Festival begins on April 2nd, marking the beginning of spring. Many people take a break from business and go home to spend time with their families.

Thanks to the president of Yuantai Tea (Mr. Wei), the tea gardens and factories we visited have arranged for us to see the tea making process.

I visited Seiwa Tea Garden for the first time in five years, and Mr. Xie from the factory welcomed me with a smile and showed me around.

Over the past five years, Mr. Xie's factory equipment has been renewed, and the building has been upgraded and expanded. The maintenance of the tea plantation has progressed, and a bridge was built over the pond, transforming the entire tea plantation into a walking course that anyone can enjoy.

We hope that people who drink black tea will be familiar with the tea plantation and tea processing, and spread the familiarity and daily enjoyment of black tea.

I had dinner at Mr. Xie's, as I had done before, and received a warm welcome . Even though it's the second time we've met, I can feel my feelings through the tea, and I feel a sense of familiarity as if we had met last month.
