福建省の紅茶・・・・・No.4

Fujian black tea・・・No.4

After all, it was hand-picked! As you enter the inland of Fujian, you will find Chenghe tea production area. It is famous not only for black tea, but also for making a lot of white tea. The buds of this tea leaves are more than 2 cm long, and the silver needle tea, which is called high-class tea, is made by picking only these buds. The tea picker in the photo has a small basket, but this is a basket for picking only the buds. When the tea picking begins and I point the camera at them, a yellow voice of embarrassment and joy spreads throughout the tea garden. . . . "Raise your face more." The cities are the same as in Japan, or even more so with skyscrapers and huge shopping malls, and they are connected by highways. However, the tea garden is surrounded by natural mountains, and when our eyes meet, a smile returns. Developing China is amazing. Mr. Liu from a tea company (Yuan Tai Tea Industry) who went with us from Fuzhou said, "People in the countryside all yearn to live in the city, but strangely enough, everyone wants to go back to the countryside now." Surrounded by nature, the food is delicious... But the most different thing is that when you go to the countryside, the people are kind and send smiles to you. . . Good tea is great, but it's all about people. Even here in China!
