武田善行先生の紅茶セミナー (9月2日)

Tea seminar by Mr. Yoshiyuki Takeda (September 2nd)

Mr. Yoshiyuki Takeda also gave a seminar on the process of making black tea~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yesterday (September 2nd), Mr. Takeda's tea seminar was held at the Kamakura Art Museum, sponsored by the Japanese Tea Instructors Association. Mr. Tanaka of Ungirls taught how to make black tea on NHK's "Extreme" last year, and he is familiar with TV. . . I came to Fujisawa from the day before and had a lot of tea talks. The teacher brought a lot of materials, black tea, Japanese tea, and even fresh leaves of Benifuuki from Shizuoka, and actually made black tea at the seminar. (Photo below) A large plate for kneading, a hot plate for drying, everything was brought with me. (When I met him at the station, I was surprised by the amount of luggage.) And I have a tasting cup and a silver appraisal spoon that the teacher has been using for many years. Is it okay for me to receive something so precious? "I would be happy if enthusiastic people would be happy to use it." . . . I will use it carefully.
