Isn't the most common among them "apples" ?

I also love apples, so I buy various kinds of apples and compare them.

Today, I would like to recommend apple milk tea that uses such apples and can be easily enjoyed at home.

① First, put 140 cc of water, 2 medium teaspoons (about 4 g) of tea leaves (Ruhuna or Uva), and 2 ginkgo slices of 2.3 ml of apples in a hand pan, and put it on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

② When the tea leaves are completely open, pour 210cc of milk vigorously and mix once when small bubbles appear on the rim of the pot.

If you mix it many times, it will taste harsh, so be careful! !

③ Turn off the heat just before it boils, and pour the tea leaves into the pot while straining.

Sweeten to your liking and enjoy.

Point 2 : 3 to 4 pieces of 2.3 ml ginkgo slices in a pot and apple liquor

Add a little calvados for extra flavor! !
