It starts with greetings from the manager. The two who came to our Sunday tea time got married this time~~. 
Special meat buns, seasonal waffles (strawberry waffles), and Ruhuna's hot tea. At today's Sunday tea time, there were people from Lake Kawaguchi, Gunma Prefecture, and Kobe. . . This is the first installment of the origin of Assam tea, "the people who gave tea". I focused on Myanmar by following the trajectory of the Junpo tribe (Thai, Kachin, and Junpo tribes) who migrated from Yunnan to Burma (Myanmar) and Assam. . The tea brought by the tribes is used differently depending on the land. Rooted in Assam, tea was reborn as black tea by the Junpo tribes and the British.
