日本の新茶の季節

New tea season in Japan

I went to Shizuoka... I left early this morning in the tea fields and went to Shizuoka. Most of Dimbula's black teas are made into tea bags and packaged teas at Shizuoka's tea factory. . . I sometimes visit Shizuoka for inspection purposes, but when I enter Shizuoka, I always notice the tea plantations. There was cold damage this year, and it was conspicuous that the first sprouts were withered. But it's not as bad as rumored, and the next sprout is growing quickly, and it's a pale green veil. Harvest is a little late,,, it can't be helped. The tea gardener said. “Since tea is a plant and a living thing, it is sensitive to the seasons and how to deal with it. When the new buds appear, the people in the tea garden become as energetic as the tea trees.” My eyes were more lively than when I did. It seems that this time of new tea is the most lively, happy and fun time. I also felt much better on the way home than on the way out. Is it because of the tea, or because I was influenced by this story? Or maybe it's because I ate eel for lunch... Anyway, Shizuoka is a nice place.
