Appraisal of this year's fresh tea. Arrived from Sri Lanka this morning. We have already completed the first appraisal in Sri Lanka, and the ones with tastes that match the water quality and usage conditions in Japan are selected and sent. Still quite a variety. Everything is freshly made, so it has a good aroma and a sharp taste. Depending on the item, there are things that will be made in the future, so this appraisal alone is not enough to make a decision. Shipping continues next month until then. . . .
