"I decided to change the world with coffee"
Written by Yoshiaki Kawashima (Poplar Publishing)
They are called coffee hunters.
I haven't met you yet, but I think I'll see you soon.
Coincidentally, JR East's "Otona no Kyujitsu Club" magazine has started a monthly series, and you wrote an essay in "Coffee-iro no Tabi".
The other day, when I visited Poplar Publishing, the editor of Mr. Kawashima's book, "I Decided to Change the World with Coffee," introduced me to it.
I'm sure many of you know.
I read it immediately.
Born for coffee, development of coffee with life on the line, all written based on actual experiences.
Coffee and tea prefer mountainous regions and share a belt of production areas. Only when there are people who make them do you understand the value of coffee and tea.
I was impressed by the energy of going to coffee-producing regions around the world and cultivating them.
Read through, recommended!
