Following the "Pumpkin & Azuki Waffle" that we introduced yesterday, we have a new addition to our lunch set! !
Its name is "Taylor's Lunch"! !
It comes from Sri Lanka's tea god, James Taylor .
In fact, in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka, besides tea, very delicious potatoes can be harvested.
Locally, the potatoes are used to make croquette-like foods called cutlets and rolls.
Based on this recipe, I developed fresh eggs and a new sauce to make a Sri Lankan omelet .
Along with that, plain waffles, mini salad, and tea are included.
This is a dish that the god of tea, James Taylor, should definitely try! !
