Since its appearance in the fall of 2007, "Taylor's Lunch" has become a standard lunch menu item at Dimbura. Named after James Taylor, the god of tea in Sri Lanka . Sri Lanka is very famous for its tea and gemstones, but it also produces very delicious potatoes, which are used in many dishes. Tailor's Lunch was completed with a hint from a food called "cutlet " , which is like a croquette in Japan. A lot of onions, potatoes and minced meat are sautéed in a large pot, seasoned to taste, and finished with Dimbula's homemade masala to give it a unique flavor. A fluffy scrambled egg is placed on top of it, and the original sauce is added to complete the dish. This dish comes with a mini salad, freshly baked waffles, and tea. New potatoes have just started to appear, and Dimbra uses new potatoes as well. By using new potatoes, it becomes more fresh and delicious. I'm planting it in a large pot for tomorrow from the afternoon again today.
