夜空を見ながらティータイム

Tea time while watching the night sky

There are only a few left in August. The days are still hot, but we can feel the signs of autumn little by little. Last night, the moon was so beautiful that I was enchanted looking up at the sky while listening to the chirping of insects. The season begins to change from summer to autumn day by day, and with that, I miss tea more and more. The fresh tea that just arrived in Dimbula in August has been very well received. Among them, the most recommended ones are Ruhuna from Sri Lanka and Second Flush from Darjeeling, India . Ruhuna is a unique black tea with a unique fragrant aroma and sweet richness. We recommend pairing it with sweets such as chocolate, cinnamon, nuts, etc. for the aroma and taste similar to coffee. I especially recommend Dimbra's chocolate scones ! ! By all means, with tea with milk. Darjeeling Second Flush also has a very impressive scent. It has a fruity and floral sweetness, and a pleasant astringency, and the balance is indescribable. We recommend pairing it with milk tea for creamy fruit cakes, and black tea with Japanese sweets made with adzuki beans. A warm cup of tea while gazing at the night sky will surely turn into a wonderful dream. Isobuchi, who is on his second day in Sri Lanka, must be looking at the beautiful moon.
