国産紅茶とウーロン茶

Domestic black tea and oolong tea

Domestic black tea and oolong tea Mr. Takeda of Toyohashi gave me "Benifuki black tea" and "Benihikari oolong tea". Black tea on the left, oolong tea on the right. Benifuuki's black tea has a firm body and a flowery aroma. The light blue color is deep red, similar to Assam and Sri Lankan candy, but the astringency is moderate and the aftertaste is short, making it a very easy-to-drink black tea. Oolong tea has such a strong aroma and pleasant astringency. . . . Japanese tea making techniques are amazing. I think that I am really good at creating delicate tastes, as well as politeness, ingenuity, appraisal ability, and food culture. I would like to support the further evolution of fermented tea made in Japan and the expansion of the Japanese black tea market.
