From January 23rd to 25th, Isobuchi is on a business trip to Tokachi Shinmura Ranch in Kamishihoro, Hokkaido.
We have held seminars several times before, but the purpose of this time is to develop a new menu for the antenna shop "Cream Terrace" , which has been open for about two years on the ranch.
Various new menus such as lunch, waffles, and sweets will be added.
Tokachi Shinmura Ranch is also familiar with the tea specialty shop Dimbura.

In addition to the clotted cream, the staff carefully make each one of the pasteurized milk, milk jam (3 types), cheesecake, scones, etc. from milk squeezed from healthy cows grazing. .
